Netsy is run by NETSY LABS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17527798). We are the controller of the personal data described here. Questions or requests: support@netsy.live.
The short version: Netsy has no accounts. We don't ask for your name, email or phone number, we don't show ads, we don't track you across apps or websites, and we don't sell data.
What the app collects
- A random device ID created by the app, so our server can tell your phone apart from others.
- A push token, only if you allow notifications, so we can send call alerts to your phone.
- Subscription status. Purchases are made through Apple or Google. We receive an anonymous customer ID and whether Pro is active from RevenueCat, our subscription service. We never see your card details.
- Basic server logs (IP address, time, page requested) kept for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
- To deliver the service you asked for: showing calls and sending alerts (performance of a contract).
- To check whether you have Pro (performance of a contract).
- To keep the service secure and working (our legitimate interests).
Who helps us run Netsy
- DigitalOcean hosts our server in London.
- Cloudflare stores encrypted backups of our database in Western Europe.
- Expo, with Apple and Google, delivers push notifications.
- RevenueCat, with Apple and Google, handles subscription status.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts on this website, which means your browser contacts Google's servers.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. When they do, it is protected by the safeguards UK law requires, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
The blockchain
Each call's fingerprint is written to the public Bitcoin and Solana blockchains. These records are about our calls, not about you, and contain no personal data.
How long we keep it
Device records are kept while you use the app and deleted on request. Server logs are overwritten automatically, typically within a few weeks.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email support@netsy.live. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Age
Netsy is for adults aged 18 and over only.

This website uses no cookies and no analytics.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
