Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and NETSY LABS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17527798), “Netsy”, “we” or “us”. By using the Netsy app or this website you agree to them.
1. You must be 18 or over
Netsy is only for adults aged 18 and over.
2. What Netsy is, and isn't
- Netsy publishes statistical calls about goals in live football matches, for information and entertainment.
- Calls are estimates, not certainties. Past results don't guarantee future results.
- Netsy is not betting advice and not financial advice. We don't take bets or hold money for you.
- If you choose to bet, you do so at your own risk and within the law where you live. Only bet what you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, visit BeGambleAware.org.
3. Netsy Pro
- Pro is a monthly subscription bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
- It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play settings; Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.
- Alerts depend on your phone, your connection and Apple's and Google's notification services, so we can't promise every alert arrives instantly.
4. The red month promise
If a calendar month's settled calls finish below zero units at the average odds sent, as shown on the public record, Pro members who were subscribed during that month get the following month of Pro free. We'll apply it through the App Store or Google Play, for example as a free month or a credit; how it appears depends on your store.
5. The record
We publish every call once it settles, wins and losses alike, together with its proof files. We calculate results in good faith from official scores; if a score is corrected afterwards, we may correct the settlement and will show that on the record.
6. Fair use
Calls are for your personal use. Don't resell or republish live calls before they settle, and don't try to disrupt, copy or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend access if you do.
7. Our liability
We provide Netsy as is. We're not responsible for any bets or other decisions you make based on our calls, or for any losses that follow from them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
